Quotes & Estimates

Quotes provided through this website or by phone are estimates. Final pricing depends on the vehicle, the extent of damage, and the parts and materials required to complete the work. We will confirm pricing with you before any work begins.

Appointments & Service

Appointments are by reservation. We'll do everything reasonable to honor scheduled times, but we may need to reschedule due to weather, parts availability, or unforeseen workload. We'll communicate any changes as early as possible.

Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work. Repairs and replacements come with a workmanship guarantee against installation defects. Glass and parts are also covered by their manufacturer warranties. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, abuse, road debris after repair, or modifications by other shops.

Insurance Claims

We work with most insurance carriers and can help coordinate the claim, but the agreement and payment relationship is between you and your insurer. Any deductible or amount not covered by insurance is your responsibility.

Payment

Payment is due at the time the work is completed unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept common payment methods. Returned checks or charge-backs may incur a fee.

Use of This Website

You agree not to use this site to send unlawful, abusive, or automated traffic, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the site. All content (text, images, logos) on this site is the property of Dye Team Auto Glass or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dye Team Auto Glass is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Our liability for any service we perform is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Waldo County, Maine.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated “Effective” date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
